CenterCal Properties contracted with The Land Group to provide design services for The Village at Meridian. The 95-acre commercial development is located at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road. The Village at Meridian is the paramount lifestyle development in the greater Boise region. With pedestrian scaled shopping corridors and high quality materials, this project is sure to elevate the quality and design aesthetic for commercial development in the region for decades to come. The initial phases include the first-class lifestyle shopping center, built in the same style as CenterCal’s award winning Bridgeport Village lifestyle center. The Land Group provided master planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying for CenterCal, joining a project team of top-tier architectural firms from several states.
